Arrival:

On Arrival guests must arrive no earlier than 2pm (unless other wise arranged).

Payment:

Payment is made on checking out. We cater for all Credit Card and Debit Cards. Guest
must vacate room by 11.00am.

Departure:

Guest must vacate room by 11.00am.

 

If the on-line booking system says there are no vacancies, it is still often possible to book a room by telephoning the hotel directly.

 

We operate a 24 hour Cancellation policy.

 

Reservations which are cancelled within 24 hours of the date of occupancy will be charged in full.

Dear Helen,

I am writing to thank you and your staff for providing my parents with such a memorable evening last Saturday as they celebrated their 60th Wedding Anniversary.

I wanted it to be a special evening for them, and thanks to your friendly and efficient service, it was an evening that both my parents and their guests enjoyed immensely.

In these days where hotels and restaurants often treat their customers with indifference, I was delighted with the efforts you made to make our evening a success.

Helen,

Just a note to say thank you very much for Wednesday/Thursday. We found
the hotel perfect for what we needed as it provided a relaxed atmosphere
and rooms that were well presented but reasonably priced. Our lunch time
buffet was also excellent, it was a shame that we had to dash off and
leave it but unfortunately we had an activity booked at 2.30pm. I have
entered your details in to our central information library so that other
groups from our company can bear you in mind as a future venue.
